I saw an article on my home page how NOLA is past the point of no return, but they are nowhere near the only area on earth near an ocean and below sea level, why them specifically?
If the S&P were to keep going up as it has in history, would it be smart just to do the 3x or 4x leverage? What’s the advantage or disadvantage of doing this? I understand that there’s higher volatility which means higher risk but in the long term it will be up so why not?
Whenever I hear something about scientists trying to achieve absolute zero it’s always something like “researchers were able to get within 0.000023°K” where they get unbelievably close but never reach it. What makes this so difficult and what’s the main problem that stops them from reaching 0°K?

For us humans and many other animals, we need protein to get the amino acids needed to make our own protein for the body, but grass i believe doesn't have any for the cow to get that big
